Valley Swamp Amateur Radio Club operates WU1ITU, usually looking for contacts on difficult paths and studying how radio hardware and software behaves when signals are at the edge of detection.
About the club
WU1ITU.CLUB is the home of the Valley Swamp Amateur Radio Club and its station callsign, WU1ITU. Most of our operating happens at the two ends of the spectrum that reward patience: 1.8 MHz in the long winter nights and 50 MHz when sporadic E and multi-hop openings appear without warning.
The club is organized around remote operation and collaboration rather than a meeting hall. Members and partners coordinate schedules, compare logs and reception reports, and write up what they learn. If you would like a schedule, a QSL, or to talk about a research idea, email wu1itu@wu1itu.club.
